Description: The primary focus of the University of Connecticut’s American Sign Language Club is to bring together individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds to learn more about ASL and deaf culture. We also put our efforts into educating the UConn community as well. Our members signing skills range from experienced to knowing very little or no sign at all; members with little to no experience are helped and encouraged by peers to try new signs and expand on their knowledge of the Deaf world.
