Organization Name:  Bone Marrow Campaign, University of Connecticut
Status: Tier Two - Registered
Description: The goal of this organization is to save lives from such cancers and blood disorders as leukemia and lymphoma. Many of these patients need bone marrow transplants for treatment. The National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP)has a registry for all people who would be interested in donating their bone marrow. Our purpose is to bring awareness to and register University of Connecticut students and community members into the NMDP Registry. Our focus will be on registering underrepresented individuals.
