The UConn Student Sub-unit of the American Fisheries Society, Southern New England Chapter, strives to join persons interested in, and/or involved in Fisheries Science, with the goal of providing knowledge, guidance, and leadership skills to future professionals, conservation efforts for the local aquatic community, and hands on opportunities in the field and with fund raising, while acting as a sub-unit to our parent organization of the American Fisheries Society, Southern New England Chapter.
