Etiquette Brunch

On a sunny Sunday afternoon in February, Legacy Students and their mentors gathered at the Student Union Gallery for a lesson in dining and business etiquette. For the past five years, Ms. Teresa Brown has guided students and mentors alike through a five course meal, discussing and practicing proper dining and business etiquette. Brown provided helpful hints and tips to those in attendance on both subtle and not-so-subtle ways to leave a positive impression of oneself in a similar social and business atmosphere. Students and mentors enjoyed learning these new etiquette techniques as well as well as the opportunity to interact with one another and connect with mentors. Those in attendance agreed that the etiquette brunch was a valuable opportunity to learn something new, have some fun, enjoy a delicious meal, and reconnect with members of the Legacy family.
