  • Student Organizations Listing
    View, browse or search our database of over 200 registered student organizations.
  • Start a New Student Organization at UCONN!
    If you and your friends have an interest that is not met by an existing student organization, you can start a new student group!
  • Community Outreach
    Community Outreach offers students opportunities to engage in service-related activities that enhance the quality of life of others in the community while enriching their own learning experience at UConn. Learn about initiatives and resources related to volunteerism, community service, service-learning, and community partnerships.
  • Leadership Opportunities
    There are dozens of opportunities for students to explore and develop their leadership potential at UConn. Take courses, lead a group of students, or simply learn the skills to live a life of character and integrity.
  • Student Union Board of Governors (SUBOG)
    Uconn's student-run programming board that puts on events that include, but are not limited to: major concerts, well-known comedians, respected speakers and campus community activities.
  • UConn Late Night
    Friday and Saturday nights in the Student Union are packed with great activities! Kick back and enjoy a performance by your favorite musician, participate in a game show or just watch and have fun. Complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks!   • Peer Education
    Peer Education is made up of student leaders who have been selected and trained to offer and/or coordinate direct services to their peers through a variety of campus programs.

  • Undergraduate Student Government (USG)
    UConn's Undergraduate Student Government.
  • Graduate Student Senate (GSS)
    The Graduate Student Senate (GSS) is composed of representatives from all of the academic departments across the University.
  • The Daily Campus
    Publishing Monday through Friday during the academic year, the Daily Campus is the largest daily college newspaper in the state of Connecticut.
  • WHUS Radio
    91.7 WHUS is a commercial-free college and community-based radio station broadcasting from the University of Connecticut.
  • UCTV
    UCTV, channel 14 on University of Connecticut Huskyvision cable system, is a student-run, and student-funded organization which provides all students the training and facilities to produce and air television programming.
  • The Nutmeg Yearbook
    The Nutmeg Yearbook at the University of Connecticut was established in 1915, and since that time has been responsible for chronicling the events that have had an impact on each graduating classes four years at the university.
