Involvement Fair Reservations

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Spring 2010 Involvement Fair! Space is limited. Reservations for the Fair are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All Tier II organizations will be given priority over Tier I organizations.

NOTE: Any student organizations that have not completed SOLID by January 20, 2010 will not be able to participate in the Fair.

Reservation requests will begin on Friday, November 13, 2009 and will end at 5 p.m. on Friday, December 11, 2009.

NOTE: To be eligible to participate in the Involvement Fair, student groups must be fully registered, approved, and recognized as a student organization with the Department of Student Activities.

Please make sure the contact information for your organization is correct. Further information regarding the Fair, such as performance schedules and table numbering, will also be sent to this email address.
